Blain Angus's Story

I was reading this thing about Blain Angus on the NHL Officials Website, and it said that once there was this coach, when he was working Junior's or whatever, climed over the glass and went up to get at the organist.  Reason being, the music he was playing was discouraging one of his players lol

Re: Blain Angus's Story

I guess you can't blame him. Sometimes I want to climb over the glass to get at the guy playing the music. Although we can't take credit away from them. Some of the guys out there at the different rinks have the best timing for songs. Like old Charlie Chaplin music when we're taking to long to get going.

Re: Blain Angus's Story

I would have to agree. When the music guy is on his game he can create an atmosphere that is exciting to ooficiate in, but if they play the sma esong all night or only 25% of the stoppages then it sucks
